When I joined Netgain, their web presence was fragmented across multiple platforms—WordPress, HubSpot, and Unbounce—making it challenging for the team to work efficiently or adapt to changing needs.

To address this, I led a project to migrate everything to Webflow, creating a unified platform that empowers the team to work in an agile process, make updates year-round, and apply brand changes quickly.

By introducing features like a Resource Hub, CMS Collections, and A/B testing with Optibase, the new site launched in April 2024, boosting engagement rates, driving organic traffic growth, and setting the team up for long-term success.

Transforming Netgain’s Web Presence

When I joined Netgain, their website presence was spread across platforms like WordPress, HubSpot, and Unbounce, which created inefficiencies and limited editing capabilities. The WordPress site was especially restrictive, and the separation of blogs from the main site diluted SEO impact. Additionally, a majority of key pages—such as resources, webinars, events, interactive demos, case studies, and careers—did not exist at all.

As a growing company, Netgain needed a more agile solution—one that could keep up with their evolving needs and empower the team to make updates.

A Scalable, Unified Platform

I led a 1:1 migration to Webflow to minimize downtime. Since launching, the site, we have we integrated site search, making it easy for visitors to find content. A filterable Resource Hub consolidated all resources in one place. Lastly Custom CMS Collections help the team manage job postings, events, webinars, PDFs, product pages, and more.

Empowering Netgain’s Team

The transformation empowered the team to make updates in-house, streamlined the brand process, and enabled A/B testing with Optibase to optimize performance and engagement. It also streamlined the ongoing brand project by making design and content changes faster and easier.

Results That Speak for Themselves

The new site launched in April 2024, and the impact was immediate. We saw higher engagement rates, thanks to improved usability and accessibility. We continue to see a steady growth in organic traffic, driven by consolidated content and better SEO. The team has adapted new processes and documentation for more autonomy and flexibility.
